Description
Panko – soft finished flakes of bread crumbs. Good substitute for fine bread crumb flour.
Panko can be used for vegetables, seafood and meat.
Directions:
Spray water on panko, season shrimps to your taste, coat shrimps with wheat flour. Dip shrimps in thoroughly beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with Panko.
Deep fry at 180 °C until golden brown.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour 82%, corn starch, hydrogenated palm oil (contains antioxidant: SOY lecithin), modified tapioca starch, salt, sugar, dry yeast.
No added MSG, preservatives, artificial colors.
