How to use: pour 1 tsp of gelatin into cold water and let it dissolve for 3 minutes (do not stir) – gelatin will turn transparent.
Boil needed liquid (2 cups of stock, juice, milk) and pour in gelatine. Stir until dissolved.

PS! The power of gelatin is measured by Bloom (Bloom, in honor of the creator of Oscar Bloom). Most often, Gelatin corresponds to a power of 125-265 Bloom, and the higher the power of gelatin – the greater the amount of mass that it stabilizes.
