Seasoning mix for spiced sprat.
Use approximately 60g of spice per kilogram of sprat.
Directions: Keep sprats tight in the bowl in multiple layers.
Put sprat spice between each layer.
Add salt water and bay leaves to taste.
Put a light pressure on top and keep in cool temperature.
Ingredients: coriander, allspice, black pepper, clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg.
