Thai style Tom Yum soup spice paste.
Recipe for shrimp tom yum (4 servings):
Bring 1 liter water to boil, add 30g Tom Yum spice paste.
Add shrimps and mushrooms.
Finally add some fish sauce or salt and lemon juice to taste.
Ingredients: salt, sugar, SOYbean oil, lemongrass, flavour enhancer: E621, acidity regulator: citric acid, chilli powder, tamarind paste, shallot, garlic, galangal, lime juice.
