Description
Tempura flour is good for deep-fried vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, bananas etc.
Directions:
Mix 500g of tempura flour with 700ml cold water.
Heat oil to 160-180°C.
Dip your favourite vegetables (or meat etc.) into the batter and fry in oil until golden brown.
500g of Tempura flour is enough for about 0,5-2 kg of vegetables, meat etc.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour 88%, tapioca starch, modified starch, raising agents: E450 and E500, salt, flavour enchancer: E621.
