Description
Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava (manioc) root.
The green color is from pandan leaf extract, that also gives a light vanilla-nutty flavour to tapioca.
Tapioca is a good thickener for soups, sauces, ragout, cakes, fruit jelly and puddings, because tapioca takes in the flavour of the food that it is added in.
Combined with milk you can get good desserts from tapioca.
Contains vitamins C, B6, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, etc.
Ingredient: tapioca flour, pandan leaf extract 1%, Colorings: E102, E133.
E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
