Steaming food is one of the healthiest methods of cooking, where the nutritional value remains higher than with prying, grilling, boiling etc.
Suitable for fish, meat, vegetables, frozen foods, rice etc.
Rinse with water the 1st time use.
Since the steamer is made of natural bamboo, the color of boiling water will become light-brown at the 1st use, but it is no harm to health.
Put the steamer in pot which contains water (water level must me lower then the bottom of the steamer (or place untop of a pot).
To protect the bamboo you can place chinese cabbage leaves or cooking paper between your food and the steamer tray.
Clean the steamer with water and then dry after every time you use it.
If you are not using the steamer for a longer time, place it in a dry place (cover with paper/plastic).
