Description
Recipe for 4:
1 pack of Szechuan Chili-Ginger-Garlic Stir-Fry seasoning paste, 350g of peeled shrimp, 1tsp corn starch/flour, 2-3 tbsp oil, green onion for garnishing.
Mix the shrimp with corn starch. Fry in oil for 1 min.
Reduse heat, add seasoning paste and cook for 2-3 min.
Serve with green onions.
Ingredients: tomatopaste, garlic 18,5%, red chilli 16%, ginger 11%, sugar, SOY oil, vinegar, salt.
