Description
Spice paste for Thai style minced meat.
Prepereation:
Heat 15ml oil, add 200g minced pork and spice paste.
Mix until done. Add 120ml water, let simmer for 5min.
Serve with coriander leaves, cucumber or other vegetables.
Ingredients: shallot, tomato paste, palm sugar, SOYbean oil, water, salt, garlic, chilli, tomato flakes, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMPS, salt), coriander root, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid.
