Edible lupin seeds, with a gray-motley thin shell on the outside, golden yellow on the inside (the so-called Australian blue, so-called sweet lupine variety).
Before use, soak the dried seeds overnight (approx. 8 hours), boil for approx. 45-60 min and store in salt water. Read more here or here!
