Description
Spice paste for Korean Kimchi soup.
Recipe for 3-4 persons:
You need: 1 satchet of Korean Kichi spice paste, 500ml of water, 150g of seafood/beef, 100g chinese gabbage (kimchi), 1 small onion, green onion.
Directions: Bring water to a boil, add onions, spice paste. Add seafood, Chinese gabbage and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 min until cooked.
Serve with green onion.
Ingredients: water, red chilli, salt, garlic, sugar, miso paste (SOYbeans, rice, salt), ginger, FISH sauce (ANCHOVY extract, salt, sugar), vinegar, SESAME paste, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMPS, salt), SESAME oil, yeast extract, citric acid, kimchi aroma, coloring: paprika extract.
