Spice paste for Indian Tikka Masala Curry. Mild flavour.
No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colorings.
Cooking directions (4 servings):
1 packet of Spice paste for Indian Tikka Masala Curry – 450g deboned chicken meat, cut into bite-sized pieces – 3 tbsp cream, coconut cream or yoghurt – 1 tbsp vegetable oil – 1 large onion, finely chopped – 110 ml water (1/2 cup) – for garnish yoghurt or cream (optional).
MArinade the meat with spice paste and yoghurt mix for ca 10 min. Heat oil in a sauce pan and brown the onion. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry for 3 min. Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 min or until cooked. Stir occasionally. Garnish with yoghurt / cream and serve hot with Basmati rice, naan bread or fresh salad..
Ingredients: tomato paste (15%), SOYBEAN oil, destilled vinegar, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, coriander, chili, fenugreek, cumin, herbs and spices, coloring: paprika extract, turmeric.
Once opened, use immediately.
