Glutinous rice (sticky rice) has a high starch content and is used in savory and sweet dishes.
Mostly used in Asian recipes.
Sticky rice pudding is also made from glutinous rice, it is flavour with ex. Mango or coconut and usually served with ice cream.
Usage: Soak the rice for about 30 min and boil on low heat ca 15-20 min.
