Description
Cantonese Lemon Chicken sauce mix.
Recipe for 3 persons:
You need: 1 sachet of Cantonese Lemon Chicken sauce mix, 2 tbsp water, 450g chicken fillet, 1 egg (beaten), 1/2 cup corn flour, oil for frying, 3 thin slices of lemon / lime.
Directions: Dip chicken slices in egg and put in a plastci bag. Add corn flour and mix well. Fry chicken on pan (or deep-fry) and set aside.
Add the sauce miw with water and lemon/lime. Pour the sauce on the fried chicken, mix well and serve.
Ingredients: water, sugar, glucose syrup, LACTOSE, brown sugar, marinated lemon 5% (lemon, vinegar), thickener: modified tapioca starch, acidity regulator: malic acid, salt.
Gluten free.
No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colorings.
