Almond Flavour Agar Dessert Mix
Almond flavoured gelling dessert mix is a light dessert which is perfect for summer. The dessert can be prepared in advance and kept in refrigerator for days.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, palm kernel oil, sodium caseinate (contains MILK protein), gelling agent: agar powder 4%, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate, flavouring 0.2%.
No Preservatives Added.
Store in a cool dry place.
Recipe: Agar almond jelly with Fruit Salad (4-6 persons)
Ingredients: 1 pack Agar Dessert Mix Almond Flavour, 720ml water (for sweeter cream, add 2-4 tablespoons sugar), 1 can fruit salad (or fresh fruit), 10-15 cherries.
Directions:
1. Empty the contents of this packet in water. Bring to a full boil. Stir constantly.
2. Pour into a mould or shallow container and cool until set
3. Cut the cream into bite sized cubes. Place in a serving bowl with the fruit salad and combine very gently. Place cherries on top
