Description
The most famous lentils used in the preparation of curries, soups and stews.
The flavors of the spices are very well absorbed during the preparation process.
Preparation:
Clean the lenses. Wash 3-4 times and soak in the last clean water for 10 minutes. Pour the new clean water into the pot and bring to the boil. Boil for about 10 minutes and reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or more until lentils are soft. Make sure that the water does not boil out of the pot.
