Sosa ProEspuma is used for the production of espumas, ice-cream or cocktails. Gives volume and holds to make a light foam from liquid state. This product is especially suited for cold creations and for use with a creamer gun and N2O. (also known asHy Foamer)
Recommended dosage; 50-100g / liter liquid.
Ingredients: Dried glucose, dextrose, vegetable fat, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides (E472b), diacetiltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides (E472e), sodium alginate (E401), milk protein, sucrose, guar gum (E412), carrageenan (E407), antioxidant: dipotassium acid phosphate (E340ii).
