Description
Instant coconut cream (milk) powder.
Contents are equal to 1 whole coconut.
Suitable for salty (curry, wok, sauces) and sweet (panna cotta) foods. Also good as a milk or cream substitute.
Usage: Mix the 50g of coconut cream powder with warm water (do not use hot or cold water).
For coconut cream add 330ml water and for milk add 440ml water.
Ingredients: coconut milk 85% (coconut, water), glucose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglyte serides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent: silicium dioxide.
Gluten free.
No added preservatives or artificial colours.
