Description
Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian dish used in many ways. It is made from fermented soy bean that is pressed into a thick block suitable for cutting into slices or cubes.
Sliced tempeh can be fried, marinated, steamed, roasted, cooked, boiled.
Grated tempeh is also used instead of minced meat – for example, tempeh balls next to pasta dish.
Ingredients: SOYbeans, water, rice flour, Rhizopus oligosporus (fermenter starter).
This is a deep-frozen product and when ordering an e-shop it must be taken into account that the product melts during transport.
