Description
Unagi sauce, also known as Unagi no Tare or Eel sauce, is traditionally served with grilled eel, but is also delicious with all kinds of sushi. Unagi sauce is perfect for adding a rich, sweet and savory taste to food. Use it as a glaze or seasoning for sushi, Japanese style BBQ like grilled meats, fish, tofu and mushrooms. You can also use this sauce as a marinade for meat or as a sauce for freshly cooked noodles.
