Thai style yellow curry paste.
Works well for yellow curry.
Add oil to a wok pan, then curry paste and coconut oil, heat for about 30 sek. Add the meat of your choice (ex. chicken pieces), vegetables and lime leaf strips, cook until done. Season with fish sauce and serve wih rice (ex. basmati or jasmine).
Ingredients: SOY oil, lemongrass, salt, chilli, shallots, sugar, turmeric, garlic, curry powder (coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, star anise, cloves), cumin.
