Description
Pappadums are made from urd flour (a certain type of bean) and are usually served as a side dish with Indian dishes. This flat crusty bread is delicious with Chutney’s or with curry dishes. This variant has an addition of cumin (jeera) which gives it a spicy taste. The preparation of these Pappadums is done in the microwave. After about 30 seconds they are ready!
