Mix for wonton soup Wenchou style.
Bring 1 liter water to boil. Dissolve the content of the sachet in the boiling water.
Add 400g of wontons and 200g of sliced endive.
Cover and leave for 2-3 minutes.
Add sliced omlette and serve.
