Description
Seasoning paste for traditional Vietnamese noodle soup Pho.
Pho soup consists of clear broth, beef or chicken slices, noodles (rice).
Pho soup recipe (3 servings):
Boil 750ml water with chopped onion and Pho soup paste 5min.
Add 250g thinly sliced beef, boil until tender.
Remove the meat, set aside and pull in stips.
Season the broth with 1/4 tsp of sesame oil.
Add beef strips in broth.
Serve with cooked rice noodles, mung bean sprouts, basil, green onion, chilli, shallots and mint.
Ingredients: water, salt, SOY sauce (water, SOYBEAN, salt, sugar, WHEAT flour), sugar, onions, ginger, garlic, hydrolyzed SOY protein, coriander, yeast extract, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid.
No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colorings.
