Natural liquid smoke seasoning from New Orleans.
Smoke from the burning of Hickory chips goes through cold water and water absorbs a unique flavor of hot chocolate. Then the condensed aroma is filtered and unwanted additives are removed.
1) For grilling / frying. The meat is sprayed with liquid smoke just before baking.
2) Stewed meat. Cook the meat with low heat (about 1 hour). Allow the meat to cool for 10 minutes, add the sauce and grill the meat until crispy crust is formed. Dosage: 3g / 1kg.
Ingredients: water, liquid smoke (33%).
