The Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Chocolate Chili combines an intense heat with a Caribbean-fruity and slightly smoky taste – full-bodied, strong and without bitterness. The heat takes a while but then it bites with full force, just like a scorpion.
Our peppers are fresh and crispy as if you have just picked them fresh from the bush – throughout the whole year.
A high-quality, mild apple cider vinegar, little salt and sugar and an ultra-short heating time get the typical aroma of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and turn them into a real, natural taste experience.
Perfect for (grilled) meat, fish, curries and tomato sauces.
In addition, the mild pickle is ideal for savory salad dressings with a mild chili touch.

Shelf Life / Storage
The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 3 months if stored below 7°C. Please take care to ensure that the product is completely covered by the pickle solution. If the brine begins to turn a milky white colour, this is an indication of lactic acid bacteria. Please dispose of this product if this occurs.
How to use
Our top tip: Don’t pour the brine away, you can use it to conjure up delicious salad dressings with a hint of chili.
