Singapore Laksa is a national Singapore dish – noodle coconut soup served with meat or fish.
Recipe (3 servings):
Heat oil on pan, add 250g of diced chicken and spice paste, then heat for 3 minutes.
Add 330ml coconut milk and 220ml water, cover with lid and let it stew for about 5 minutes.
Serve with cooked rice noodles and mungbean sprouts.
Ingredients: galangal, shallots, SOY oil, sugar, salt, red chilli, dried SHRIMP, garlic, lemongrass, turmeric.
No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colorings.
