The word “Shirataki” means “white waterfall”, which describes the noodles appereance.
Since the Shirataki noodles have no distinctive flavour, then they are perfect addition to soups, stews, wok dishes etc, where they can absorb the flavour of your dish.
Can be served hot and cold.
Ingredients: water, konjac powder 3,8%, acidity regulator: calcium hydroxide.
Before use rinse the noodles with boiling water.
Gluten and lactose free. Vegan.
