Description
Asian style rice sticks, 3mm wide.
Use in soups (ex. Pho), stir-fries (ex. Pad Thai) etc.
Preperation:
Soak rice sticks in hot water for about 10 min and drain.
If the rice noodles stay in water for too long, they become stiky and too soft – so add to soups in the end or previously soaked.
Ingredients: rice flour 90%, water.
