Rice paper with black sesame (diameter 22cm) works well for wraps, salad rolls, spring rolls, desserts.
Due to black sesame, the rice paper is thicker then regular rice paper.
Place one rice paper at a time to a larger bowl of warm water for about 15 seconds, then place to drain on a wet kitchen towel.
Add your filling (ex. minced shrimp, pork, vegetables) on top and make a roll.
Make sure all ends are closed.
Also possible to deep fry after, if desired.
Ingredients: rice flour 56%, tapioca starch, SESAME seeds 10%, water, salt.
