Description
Rice paper (diameter 28cm) works well for wraps, salad rolls, spring rolls, desserts.
Usage:
Place one rice paper at a time to a larger bowl of warm water for about 15 seconds, then place to drain on a wet kitchen towel.
Add your filling (ex. minced shrimp, pork, vegetables) on top and make a roll.
Make sure all ends are closed.
Also possible to deep fry after, if desired.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, rice flour 16%, water, salt.
