The Guinoa nutrient appears to have high protein intake (12-18%, 9 amino acids). Does not contain gluten.
Black cinema with a soft, airy texture. Look also crunchy and tastes better than white cinema. The main difference with the white cinema is that the black and red cinema keep the shape better after maturation, it is well suited to cold salads, and so on.
The color must be strong even after cooking.

1/2 fresh lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together and serve as a delicious food (meat, chicken, fish, etc.).
