Quick Cooking Egg Noodles (fresh egg).
Stir-fry – Place noodles in warm water for a few minutes, then drain and stir-fry.
Cooking – Add noodles to boiling water and let them cook for 2-3 minutes, drain, serve.
Add salt to taste.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, EGG, salt, raising agent: sodium carbonates, potato starch.
