Description
Ghee- Peeled / clarified butter is widely used in the Indian kitchen for frying fats. Ghee is made from butter, with long-term low-temperature heating and peeling, solid milk proteins and water are removed, leaving a clean fat. This makes it very hot and best frying aid. It has a slightly pungent odor, but does not give a strong flavor to the dishes. Suffer from heat 180-190 C. Ingredients: Milk fat 99,8%, flavouring: ethyl butyrate 0,01%.
