Description
Perfect for stabilizing sorbets or cold soups. Mix into cold liquids to a ratio of 100g ProSorbet to 1 litre of liquid. Leave for 24 hours for best results.
Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, glucose powder, emulsifiers, guar gum (E412), carrageenan (E407), sodium alginate (E401), vegetable fat, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides (E472b), diacetyl acid esters of mono-and diglycerides (E472e), milk protein, sucrose, antioxidant dipotasic acid phosphate (E340ii).
