Description
Paste fof Thai style Pad Thai noodle dish.
Pad Thai omlette recipe (2 servings):
Fry 100g shrimps and 100g diced tofu. Add scrambled egg.
Then add the sauce and 120g (soaked and drained) noodles or vermichelli.
Srit fry until cooked. Add some water if it looks dry.
Add 100g (mung)bean sprouts and 2 chives cut into pieces. Cook another minute.
Garnish and serve with roasted peanuts.
Ingredients:
Sauce: sugar, tamarind juice (tamarind, water), shallot, FISH sauce (ANCHOVY extract, salt, sugar), tomato paste, garlic, SOYbean oil, distilled vinegar, salt, chilli extract.
