Thin squared Ramen noodle sticks for salads, stir-fry or soups.
Ramen is Japan originated dish, where chinese style wheat noodles are served in a meat (or fish) broth and seasoned with soy sauce or miso. Then added for topping fried pork, dried seaweed, bamboo shoot or green onion.
Bring water to a boil.
Add Ramen noodles and cook for 5 min.
Drain the noodles under cold water (to stop the cooking process).
Add dressing oil to prevent noodles from sticking.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour 99%, salt.
