Nam is one of the oldest meat fermentation technologies from Thailand. To make nam, ground pork with kamara is mixed with chili pepper and Lobo Nam Powder seasoning mix. The mixture is wrapped in banana leaves or plastic bags in the form of a sausage. Within 24 hours, your yum is ready and can be served as a snack with ginger, peanuts or chopped vegetables.
