Mac PROFFESSIONAL series knives are made of 2-2,5mm thick original molybdenum steel.
These knives fallow the traditional European shapes, where the handle is straight (on the same line as the back of the blade) and the balde has a sharp tip.
The weight is perfectly balanced between the blade and the handle.
Due to its light weight these knives can be quickly used for all kinds of dishes.
This PKF-50 medium size paring knife is small enough to be used for peeling and paring but large enough to slice small fruits and vegetables.
Because of the narrow blade, it can also be used as a small boning or utility knife.
The sharpness of the Mac knives on the Rockwell scale ranges from 57 to 61.
It is not recommended to wash in a dishwasher!
