Description
Mac FKW-9 is a traditional knife with a traditional shape, a long, thin blade and a sharp tip.
According to the Japanese tradition, this traditionally-shaped Yanagiba knife is sharpened on the one side, and it is especially good to slice sashimi (raw fish).
The 270mm version is the most common size for most fish.
The sharpness of the Mac knives on the Rockwell scale ranges from 57 to 61.
It is not recommended to wash in a dishwasher!
