Sosa’s Glucose Syrup is made from starch, and with it you adjust the recrystallization of sugar in sweets and candies.
Glucose syrup gives elasticity and structure to sweet creations such as pastries, ganaches and truffles.
100 g of liquid glucose can be replaced with 75 g of glucose powder.
Used in sweets, pastries, ganaches and truffles.
Instructions for use: used as is.
