Marinade fro Korean Barbecue Meat Bulgogi.
No added MSG, preservatives or artificail colours!
Preparation (2-3 servings):
1 pack of Bulgogi marinade – 350g beef cut into strips – 1 tbsp vegetable oil – for garnishing: sesame seeds / green paprika (or chilli rings) / green onions / salad leaves
Stir together oil, Bulgog marinade and beef slices in a bowl, cover with lid / foil and marinate for at least 1 hour.
In a pan: Heat pan and cook marinated meat for about 4 minutes (until done).
On the grill: Place the meat on the grill and cook until done.
1. Place the meat in the freezer for convenient slicing. When the meat is half frozen, cut up strips with a sharp knife.
2. If the beef is not your favorite, replace it with chicken or lamb.
Ingredients: sugar, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, salt, sugar, WHEAT flour), garlic, SESAME oil, onion, ginger, black pepper.
After opening, use immediately.
