For Indian Tandoori Tikka marinade. Perfect for chicken and lamb.
Mild taste – add more heat with chilli rings when serving!
Recipe (4 servings)
You need: 50g Tandoori Tikka marinade paste, 450g chicken fillet (boneless meat) or lamb cut into cubes, 55-110ml unflavoured yogurt, butter, lemon slices and / or salad leaves for garnish (optional).
Instructions: Marinate the meat with Tandoori Tikka spice paste and yogurt mixture for 1 hour or more. Place the marinated meat cubes on the wooden sticks. Grill for 8-10 minutes. Brush at least twice during grilling with a mixture of butter and marinade and turn the sticks so that all sides are grilled. Garnish and serve warm.
Ingredients: SOYBEAN oil, distilled vinegar, garlic, salt, ginger, pepper powder, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, herbs and spices, red chilli, SESAME oil, black pepper.
