Description
This mild flavoured spice paste is good for Indian Butter Chicken.
Recipe for 4 (Murgh Makhani):
1 spice paste sachet, 3 tbsp butter, 1 bigger onion (chopped), 1/2 cup (110ml) tomato paste or fresh tomatoes, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of cream or yoghurt (plus 1 tbsp for garnishing), 450g chicken, coriander leaves.
Preperation:
Heat the butter on a skillet and fry onions (ca 3 min).
Add tomato paste, water, cream and spice paste.
Add chopped chicken and cook under the lid for 20min.
Serve with a touch of cream (yoghurt) and coriander leaves.
Ingredients: tomato puree 23%, SOY oil, onion, sugar, coriander, chilli, garlic, vinegar, ginger, herbs and spices, cayenne, pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid.
No added preservatives, colorings or MSG!
