DOSAGE RECOMMENDATION:
– Macarons: 2g/kg
– Water Gel: 0,5-2g/kg
POPULATION OF USE: At recommended doses, the product is suitable for the whole population and is for human consumption.
Use for dusting dry sugar work such as marzipan, royal icing, pastillage, sugarpaste and sugar flowers.
Also suitable for colouring white chocolate.
