Extremely hot and juicy chilli sauce made from dried Bhut Jolokia pods [also known as naga jolokia, ghost chilli, ghostpie, ghost pepper, 2007 the world’s most trusted chilly (until 2012 the newest Trinidad Scorpion and 2013 Carolina Reaper)].
This sauce is intended for those whose other chilli sauces are too tight. The product does not contain chilli extract – it contains only Bhut Jolokia chilli, red pepper, apple vinegar, lemon juice and a little salt.
Heatness level: 10/10 (300,000-500,000 Scoville scale units)
