Description
Authentic Thai Massaman curry paste.
Recipe for 4:
Mix 240ml of coconut cream with curry paste, heat until oil rises on the surface.
Add 250g of meat/chicken and cook until tender.
Add 240ml of water, bring to boil. Add potatoes and peanuts – cook until done.
Season with fish sauce. Serve with rice.
Ingredients: chilli, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, spices (corainder, cardamom, cloves), SHRIMP paste (SHRIMPS, salt).
