Thai style green curry paste.
Recipe for 4:
Mix 240ml of coconut milk with curry paste, heat until oil rises on the surface.
Add 250g of meat/chicken and cook until tender.
Add 240ml of water, bring to boil. Add potatoes and onions – cook until soft.
Season with fish sauce. Serve with rice.
Ingredients: chilli, lemongrass, garlic, salt, shallots, galangal, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMPS, salt), kaffir lime, coriander root, spices.
