Description
Chia seeds are small and crunchy seeds from Salvia Hispanica plant. They have no specific taste on their own so they are good to use for enriching different meals – porridges, smoothies, bakery etc.
Chia seeds swell when they get moist and they form a thin layer of gel around them. Due to those properties they are great also to add into different drinks and coctails to get a thicker texture.
