More of a slow-burn sauce from the Crazy Bastard series, which starts with a light citrus aroma and taste, but escalates into a proper fire that needs to be extinguished with a glass of water.
Ingredients: paprika, apple, onion, white wine vinegar, clementines (10%), Trinidad Scorpion Chilli (6%), garlic, lime, olive oil, sea salt
Taste: sweet citrus, strong chili aroma, garlic notes in the background.
